TASTING NOTES 
Tropical and stone fruits are the hallmark of Star Lane Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. Hallmark mineral and herb underly this year's vintage which are classic expressions of the variety. We always find a verve and energy of freshness that carries through to the finish and beckons a second glass.

WINEMAKER NOTES 
As always, Sauvignon whole clusters went direct to press where they underwent a slow press cycle designed to minimize bitter components and promote fresh flavor profiles. We opted for a 100% stainless in this vintage, which adds to the vibrancy of this fresh and lively wine. 25% of the wine went through ML. As in the previous vintage, this year's wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc as the true compliment to the world class Cabernet that is the focus of Star Lane Vineyard.
