WINEMAKER NOTES 
As always, Sauvignon whole clusters went direct to press where they underwent a slow press cycle designed to minimize bitter components and promote fresh flavor profiles. We opted for a blend of stainless and neutral French oak in this vintage, which adds to the complexity and body of this fresh and lively wine. 25% of the wine went through ML. As in the previous vintage, this year's wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc as the true compliment to the worldclass Cabernet that is the focus of Star Lane Vineyard.
